AVA'S LAKESIDE COTTAGE:  1495.00/week or $295.00/night(2 night min)*    *The above rates are based on 1-4 guests- over 4 guests-there is an additional charge of$25.00 per day/night per guest (Max. # of guests 6)	PARKING IS VERY LIMITED, THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 2 VEHICLES PER CABIN! SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: There *refundable,security deposit required $350. for 4 or more nights per stay *Also on concert weekends  OR *$150. per 2-3 night stay- This payable in full along with your initial deposit. This is *refundable providing the cabin is left in clean, move-in condition and there is no damage). Please keep track of your key, lost key charge is $75.00. ADDITIONAL GUESTS:   $25.00 per person/per day/night for each additional guest over the included 4 person rate.  This is due to the extra burden additional guests place on the private well and septic system.   LINENS: Bring your own OR we can provide linens (sheets & towels) in the event you don't want to bring them along for the small additional fee of  $25. per person per stay.   DO NOT SLEEP ON BEDS WITHOUT LINENS!!! (PLEASE do not sleep on the beds/mattresses without bedding/sheets/pillowcases!).
BEAR CREEK LODGE   1495.00 week-$295.night(2 night min) * The above rates are based on up to 4 occupants in the unit.  There is an additional $25.00 per person/per day/night for additional guests(max. occupancy 6 guests). Sky View Cottage  $995.00 per week or $225.00 per night(2 night min.)    This rate is for 1-4 guests-over 4 guests is an additional $25. per guest per day/night  There is a max. of 6 guests    Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am sharp! Please give yourself enough time to vacate the cabin before 10:00 am, we need to ready them for the next guests. If you have special check-in/check-out requirements, please let us know in advance. We will try to work with you as much as possible.	YES, WE ARE DOG-FRIENDLY!  Well-behaved dogs are welcome in some of our cabins. There is a $25. per night charge per dog(sorry, no cats). We prefer that you do not leave dogs alone, but if you must leave them at times, please be sure to bring a crate to put them in. Dogs are not to be left alone roaming in the cabin. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture. Dogs are required to be on leash at  ALL times when outside of the cabin.
